Erin is an amazing glass artist from Florida who recently A lot of her glass pieces center around the things she loves most, like her pet snakes and house plants. One of my favorite parts about Erin is her hilarious and relatable content that she posts to Reels about being a glass artist and a small business owner. Although she doesn’t do custom work, Erin’s beautiful pieces are regularly updated to her shop, which you can check out at: https://www.eringlassworks.com/products?
Jackie was one of my first friends when I entered the glass community. Also, a Florida resident, Jackie’s pieces have a cool whimsy to them that is hard not to fall in love with. Her jewelry pieces are a huge highlight for me when looking at her work, but please don’t pass up her one-of-a-kind custom stained glass wedding portraits! Jackie also does really amazing interactive livestreams of her making her pieces on Twitch. You can check out her shop here: www.glassworkpixie.com
Real artists with real passion for creativity.
Lauren is an amazing artist currently earning her PhD at the University of Edinburgh re-reviewing the female form in Scottish stained glass. She wants to see more contemporary women in glass outside of religion. Her pieces are enormous and absolutely amazing. Her use of color and how she captures the female form in glass is unparalleled and watching her go through each step of the process is intoxicating. Check out her work at www.laurenpuckett.com
Jake and I have been friends for quite a long time now! Jake is a little different from my other artist friends in that he makes beautiful music! He sings and writes songs for his band, Birdshield and also plays bass in Dangerkids, which is where we first met. His music is amazing, and I love listening to it while I work in my own studio. Check out his music and merch at www.officialbirdshield.com
